Your Core & Pelvic Floor with Sydney Craig

Why your ab-workout might be making you pee when you sneeze and what to do about it.

If you’ve ever done core work, there’s a good chance it involved curling your head, neck, and shoulders forward into a “crunch” or ab-curl position while pulling your stomach in and maybe even flattening your lower back to the ground.

Undoubtedly, this type of move will make you feel your stomach muscles, but is it really strengthening your core?

In this 30-minute mini-workshop we’ll explore:

  • Why Pilates and other abdominal work might make you pee when you sneeze
  • The importance of pelvic floor health to your overall health
  • What the pelvic floor is — and why it matters

This is an informational class, but you’ll be moving some, too.

All you’ll need is a comfortable place to sit on the ground or in a chair.

When you fill out the form below, you'll be subscribed to my bi-weekly newsletter, and I’ll also email you details to access this free workshop.

If you like the newsletter, you can expect to receive an email from me every other Tuesday with short, easy, and useful tips to help you create more strength and ease in your body.

Thanks so much for your interest—I hope you love the Core and Pelvic Floor Workshop and I’ll see you soon!
