Sydney is a fully certified Pilates instructor through the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA). Before finding Pilates she was a full-time hairstylist at Arrojo-Cutler and educator for Bumble and bumble. She apprenticed Nick Arrojo (from TLC’s ‘What Not to Wear’) and Rodney Cutler (of Cutler Salons in NYC and Miami) for two years. She believes that this is where she began to develop her “eye” for detail. She found Pilates in 2001 in an effort to relieve back pain she developed from years of hairstyling, a lifetime of bad posture and scoliosis. She was so inspired by her own improvements with Pilates that she dedicated herself to the intense instructor training to become a Pilates teacher.
Will has completed the Pilates Foundation Workshop with 2nd generation teacher Rebecca Leone and well as Ms. Leone’s Pilates Excel Workshop and Cadaver Lab. He has also been personally trained and educated by stretch master Kit Laughlin himself in contract/release techniques. He has also studied extensively with Sydney Craig, owner of Pilates Tonic.
Louie holds a B.F.A. in Dance Performance from the University of Florida New World School of the Arts in Miami, Florida, where he first began to fine-tune his eye for movement and body awareness. He moved to New York City in 2005 and began his professional dance career where he worked with Graham II, Amanda Selwyn Dance Theatre, and Carolyn Dorfman Dance, with whom he is still performing.
McCall is a native of Chattanooga, TN, and has been active all her life. She began playing tennis at an early age and played through high school. Rachel received her Pilates mat certification through Stott Pilates and holds a 200-hour Yoga Alliance Yoga Instructor/Educator certification. She’s also a Personal Trainer!
