If you’re anything like me, you probably spend a lot more time doing things that round your shoulders forward and less time doing things that pull them back.
Simple things like sitting, driving, reading, and working on the computer involve holding the weight of the arms in front of the body, which pulls the shoulders forward.
This isn’t a big deal if you also spend time doing things that involve lifting your arms overhead, out to the sides, and behind your body.
But if you don’t and you worry about rounded shoulders, it's worth getting deliberate about moving your arms more in different ways, like the exercise you’ll learn in today’s video.
This exercise is fantastic for counteracting shoulder-rounding activities and feels incredible.
After you check it out, I’d love to know how it goes! You can reply to this email or leave a comment below and let me know.
With open shoulders,
Sydney
