Unclump Your Spine and Alleviate Back Tension with This Unusual Cat-Cow Technique

The Cat-Cow is a popular exercise packed with benefits like:

  • Improved spinal flexibility
  • Enhanced blood flow
  • Reduced tension and stiffness in the back
  • Improved coordination

But there’s one common approach to this exercise that will prevent you from receiving the full value the Cat-Cow has to offer.

What common approach am I talking about?

Moving too fast.

This exercise is often practiced quickly without much focus on the movement itself.

While doing it this way isn’t wrong, you do miss important spine-articulating benefits, especially if your spine is stiff.

In today’s video, I’ll show you a slow-down technique to help you feel the movement of your pelvis and spine during the Cat/Cow.

When you slow down and focus, you can better feel where the stuck, “clumped-up” parts of your spine are, and instead of blowing right past them, you can begin to restore movement.

After you check it out, I’d love to know how it goes! You can reply to this email or leave a comment below to tell me.
