Regain Flexibility and Strength With a Pain-Free Squat

When it comes to simultaneously building strength and flexibility, there are few exercises more effective than a full squat.

Did you just flinch at the thought of squatting or immediately dismiss the possibility because of your knees?

If so, you definitely want to check out the technique in today’s video.

You might have heard that squats are good for maintaining strength and flexibility, but did you know they’re also fantastic for REGAINING strength and flexibility in your hips, knees, and ankles?

That’s right. When you practice squatting in a pain-free way by meeting your joints where they are, squats can help you regain flexibility.

Squats are also terrific for the pelvic floor, especially if your pelvic floor holds too much tightness and tension, a common problem in modern humans.

If you’re curious about getting squat benefits without hurting yourself, I think you’ll love today’s video. It’s one of my favorite techniques, and I’m excited to share it with you.

After you check it out, let me know how it goes! You can reply to this email or leave a comment below.
