How to Relieve Arm, Shoulder, and Neck Pain with Your Biceps

In today’s video, you’ll learn how to stretch one of the most well-known muscles in the human body.

It’s the universal symbol used for strength.

These muscles are so popular they even have their own emoji!

By now, you’ve probably guessed it.

I’m talking about the biceps. 💪💪💪

The biceps are large, prominent muscles in the arms.

You’d think they’d be easy to release, but they’re actually tricky muscles to stretch effectively.

On the other hand, when it comes to making them short and tight?

That’s easy.

The bicep's main job is to bend the elbow.

And if you’re like me, you spend a lot of time doing things that bend your elbows.

Driving, cooking, computer work, reading, writing, sewing, gardening, and smartphone use all require elbow bending for extended periods of time.

Are your elbows bent right now as you read this?

If so, your biceps are in a shortened state.

In general, there’s absolutely nothing wrong with bending the elbows.

I mean, your elbows are designed to bend.

But when the time spent with bent elbows far outweighs the time spent with straight elbows, problems can start to arise.

What kind of problems, you might ask? Here are some of the more common ones:

  • An inability to straighten and lift the arms
  • Tendinitis in the elbows and shoulders
  • Pain and discomfort in the arms, shoulders, and neck
  • Nerve compression that causes weakness and tingling in the arm and hand
  • Muscle imbalance in the arms and shoulders

If you struggle with elbow or shoulder problems (and even if you don’t), you’ll definitely want to check out today’s video.

After you do, I’d love to know how it goes! Leave a comment below and let me know.

With love and lengthened biceps,
