If you have knee pain, today’s video is for you—actually, the next few are!
I’ll show you something to watch for when going uphill or upstairs that contributes to knee discomfort.
Then, I’ll show you an easy adjustment that will make going upstairs way better for your knees.
It takes practice, but if you stick with what you learn, your knees will thank you!
After you check it out, I’d love to know how it goes. Make sure to tell me in the comments below.
Always aligning,
Sydney

This is perfect timing. My physio therapist just told me this week that my left knee goes inwards when I walk and that is giving me pain in several places. So I am happy to see this exercise and will be doing it to help with my problem. Thank you so much Sydney – much appreciated.
Love the timing, Cilla! And so glad this was helpful. Thanks for letting me know!
