Maintain Freedom and Ease with This Supple Side Body Stretch

Moving more throughout the day, in different ways, is key to maintaining (and regaining!) your mobility.

And finding convenient ways to help you move is one of my favorite things!

So in the spirit of moving more in easy ways, I have an exercise you can do in the morning before getting out of bed that will put you on the path to feeling great before your feet hit the floor.

This exercise targets an area that probably doesn’t get much movement during your regular daily routine — the sides of your body.

Depending on your tight spots, you might feel this one in your waist, hips, ribs, and maybe even along your legs and arms—maybe even all of the above.

This exercise covers a lot of soft-tissue terrain in one simple move and helps to supply nourishing blood flow and oxygen along the way.
